At Dutton Cycles we understand that buying a bicycle is a big purchase, and we offer a lay by service in store. And if the bike or accessory isn't for you, you may want to consider a Dutton Cycles gift voucher.
 

Lay-By:

Our layby policy is pretty straight forward.  We require a 20% deposit on commencement, with full payment in 8 weeks. If you think you’ll need more time, we are happy to consider it, if you are happy to make regular committed payments. Should you have a change of mind or life situation alters, and your layby is passed 4 weeks, by law we are entitled to keep the full deposit paid and any payments made up until cancellation on all bikes and accessories. 

  

Dutton Cycles offers gift vouchers in any value over $10, and the vouchers can be used on any items in the store, including sale items. For more info, simply ask staff in store.

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on parts and accessories. We will swap your item for a similar product or issue an in-store credit - valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
