Hi Kelli, Kurt and Scott,

You did a gold service on my Avanti last week in preparation for my ride in the Sea to Summit Challenge (Merimbula to top of Mt Kosciuszko) on 20th March.

I took the bike for a ride on the weekend which included twice up and down the steep (Samford) side of Mt Glorious. It was drizzly so not ideal riding conditions, however with the steep climbs and descents it was a real test for the bike (and me!!) under pressure.

The bike was fantastic. Better than when I got it new! Kurt you told me all the adjustments that you had done and what I could expect, not least of which was greater responsiveness due to the better-tensioned spokes as well as better gear changing and brakes due to the altered cable lengths. You were 100% right. The bike surprised me with its responsiveness and braking…I actually had to adjust to it a bit like a new (better) bike. Also all the “clicking” that it had previously done when I was grinding up hills had gone.

I just wanted you to know that I really appreciate the quality of your work, and am very happy and confident leading up to my big day of climbing on 20th March as a result.
